PhotoReflect Payment Status


PhotoReflect provides a Payment Report that you can access by logging into your account at www.photoreflect.com.

From this report, you are able to see how we pay you, when your next payment will be issued, and any past payments. You are also able to search any orders that have not been paid to you yet by either entering in the order number or by selecting the 'Orders Not Yet Paid to You' dropdown list and selecting an order status.

In order to receive payment, your account balance must be over $25.00, orders must be marked shipped and accurate bank or address information should be on file.

Orders sent to the PhotoReflect Lab for fulfillment are automatically marked shipped when the lab fulfills the order. Orders that are self-fulfilled or sent to a lab in the Labtricity network will need to be marked shipped in the PhotoReflect software to receive payment.

If for some reason you do not receive an issued payment, please do not worry. Our friendly support staff will be happy to help you with any payment inquiries. All you will need to do is email support@photoreflect.com with your account information and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you need to make a change to your payment address or bank account information you will need to login to your account at www.photoreflect.com and click on the Account tab. At the bottom of this page, you will see a button that says, ‘Payment Information’ if we pay you by check or ‘Setup Bank Info’ if you are on direct deposit. Once you click on that button you will be able to update any necessary information. Please note, that your updated changes may not apply to your current payment so if this request needs to take place immediately please contact us and we will assist you further.

If you are currently paid by check and you want to switch to a faster and more convenient payment method we do offer direct deposit and can easily change your account. Just email us at support@photoreflect.com and we will send you an email with a link to sign-up for that service.
